October 8th: 
Arrival at Milan Arrival at Milano Linate airport. Scenic tour of the city by luxury tour bus. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon visit of the main street of the city. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation in reserved rooms. Dinner in a restaurant downtown. Return to the hotel and overnight stay. 
October 9th: Milan/Pavia- Gorgonzola
 Breakfast at the hotel. Leaving for Gorgonzola and visit to a cheese factory with lunch/tasting of the famous Gorgonzola cheese. In the afternoon visit to a wine cellar at the other side of the river Po in Pavia and tasting of DOC (controlled designation of origin) wines of high quality like Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero, Merlot and Chardonnay. Walking in Pavia. Return to the hotel in the evening, dinner and overnight stay. 
October 10th: Milan/Verona 
Breakfast at the hotel. Leaving for Verona. Tour of the city with guide along Adige river to admire the hills all around the city and some monuments like the Basilica of Saint Zeno, Castelvecchio, Porta Borsari and the Stone Bridge. Lunch in a restaurant. Walking in the historic centre and sight of Juliet’s house, the Arena and the main square. In the evening accommodation in the reserved rooms of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. 
October 11th: Verona/Bassano del Grappa 
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning walking in the main street of the city. Lunch in a restaurant. Transfer to Bassano del Grappa and visit to one of the most ancient - Italy 2 grappa distillery of the zone: historical notes and tour of the distilleries and tasting. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay. 
October 12th: Verona/Soave/Venezia Mestre 
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the medieval village of Soave, in the shadow of the marvelous Castle. Lunch/tasting with traditional white wines in a wine cellar of the one of the most famous winemaker. In the afternoon leaving for Venezia Mestre. Arrival, accommodation in the reserved rooms of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. 
October 13th: Venice 
Breakfast at the hotel. Guided visit of the city: Saint Mark’s Basilica, the bell tower and the Doge’s Palace. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon free time to visit a very suggestive part of the city: St. George’s Island, Giudecca and Le Zattere. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay. 
October 14th: Venice / Murano, Burano and Torcello 
Breakfast at the hotel. Leaving for a tour to Murano, Burano and Torcello Islands. Murano is called also The Glass Island for its artistic glass production and in Burano the main activities are fishing, shipbuilding and lace production. Lunch in a restaurant. Transfer to Torcello, an island of tourist attraction. Walkink along a “fondamenta”, you can arrive to a place full of beautiful shops and restaurants. From the shore it is possible to see Devil’s Bridge, rare example of a bridge free of parapets. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay. 
October 15th: Venice/Parma/Bologna 
Breakfast at the hotel. Leaving for Parma. Arrival and tour of a company of maturing of ham with the possibility to see the famous Parma ham processing. Lunch in a “Prosciutteria” (a dish with cold cuts, parmigiano, bread and wine will be served). In the afternoon transfer to Modena and guided tour of a vinegar company where the famous traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena is produced. Leaving for Bologna. Accommodation in the reserved rooms of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. 
October 16th: Bologna/Florence 
reakfast at the hotel. In the morning scenic tour with guide of Bologna: the two famous towers built in the XII century, when Bologna had about one hundred towers, walking in the ancient and colorful medieval market, tamong colors and parfumes of vegetables and cold cuts and the conviviality of the famous inns. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon leaving for Florence. Arrival and accommodation in the reserved rooms of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. October 17th: Florence 
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning guided visit of the city: the Cathedral with its famous dome, Giotto’s bell tower and the Baptistery, the square Piazza della Signoria, the spectacular Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, one of the most ancient monuments of the city and Galleria degli Uffizi (Uffizi Gallery). Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon tour of the Academy Gallery where it is possible to see a group of sculptures by Michelangelo. They are seven from different origins and the most admired is the David, the most famous nude male in the art history, with steady and strong beauty. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. October 18th: Florence/Chianti region/Siena 
Breakfast at the hotel. Leaving from Florence, the street for Chianti passes through Impruneta, Greve (in the heart of the classic Chianti region and of the famous olive oil) as far as Castellina in Chianti. Lunch/tasting in a winemaker company with giuded tour of the wine cellar. Partecipation to “Festa Campagnola” (Party in the countryside): tasting of four local wines, including the classic Chianti Riserva and “il Santo” served with a rich amount of toasted bread and mixed cold cuts of the region (salami, finocchiona and ham), bread with tomato and fettunta with extra virgin olive oil from a farm and almond “cantuccini”.  Leaving for Siena. Accommodation in the riserve rooms of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. October 19th: Siena/Arezzo/Perugia 
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning guided visit of Siena: Piazza del Campo and The Public Palace, Mangia Tower, the Cathedral Dome, the Fonte Gaia, the Theatre of the Rinnovati. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon leaving for Arezzo, famous for gold manufacturing. Transfer to Perugia. Accommodation in the reserved rooms of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. 
October 20th: Perugia/Assisi/Rome 
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning guided visit of Perugia: external sight of Rocca Paolina, Piazza IV Novembre, considered the heart of the city that includes Palazzo dei Priori and the Cathedral Dome of St. Lorence, the Fontana Maggiore, Sun Door, the Etrurian arch and the walls. Tour of the Perugina chocolate industry. Lunch in a restaurant. Leaving for Assisi. Tour of the picturesque town that represents one of the most important religious centres of Italy thanks to the lives of St. Francis and St. Claire; the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels containing the Chapel of Porziuncola, little oratory built in the wood where St. Francis and his mates lived, and the Basilica of St. Francis. Leaving for Rome. Arrival, accommodation in the reserved rooms of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. 
October 21st: Rome 
Breakfast at the hotel. Guided tour of the “Classic Rome” all day long. The tour starts with the visit of the Colosseum, also known as Flavian Amphitheatre, the most important monument of the Ancient Rome and the biggest arena in the world. Near the Colosseum there is another monument that is a symbol of the city: the Arch of Constantine. Walking through Via dei Fori Imperiali and visit of the Roman Forum, the political and religious centre during the whole history of Rome, from its origins to its decline. We will go up to the hill of Campidoglio with its fabolous square by Michelangelo where there is a statue representing the Emperor Marco Aurelio and where it is possible to have a great sight on the Roman Forum and Palatino hill. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon visit to St Peter in Chains with the famous picture of Mosè by Michelangelo for the Mausoleum of Julius II and the Basilica of St. Clement. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. 
October 22nd: Rome 
Breakfast at the hotel. Guided Visit to the Basilica of St. Peter. The tour will start from the Vatican Museum where it is possible to admire some masterpieces such as Laocoön, the Apollo Belvedere and the Belvedere Torso, we will pass through the Gallery of Candelabra, the Gallery of Tapestries and the Gallery of Maps up to Raphael’s Rooms and Sistine Chapel, the masterpiece by Michelangelo. The tour continues with the visit of the Basilica of St. Peter, the biggest and most monumental basilica in the Christian World. The visit will end in the spectacular St. Peter Square, urban masterpiece by Bernini during the Roman Baroque. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, visit of the MAXXI National Museum of the 21st Century Arts. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. October 23rd: Frascati and Castelli Romani 
Breakfast at the hotel. Leaving for Frascati and tour of a wine cellar Lunch/tasting with matured cheeses, Ariccia “porchetta”, grilled bread, tomatoes, local hand-made bread and three of the best wines of Castelli Romani. In the afternoon return to Rome for a walking in Via del Corso. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. 
October 24th: Rome/Subiaco/Affile
Breakfast at the hotel. Leaving for Subiaco. Guided Visit of the Benedictine Monasteries, famous around the world. Lunch in a farm with traditional local menu. In the afternoon transfer to Affile and tour of a wine cellar for the tasting of a very good Cesanese wine (depending on the weather it will be possible to see some parts of grape harvest). Return to the hotel in Rome, dinner and overnight stay. 
October 25th: Rome/Return 
Breakfast at the hotel. Depending on the departure of the return flight, free time for tours and shopping. Transfer to the airport. End of the services. Individual fee for
