Breakfast, documentation about the ride is discussed. Meeting: trainer- guide and participants , evaluation of the group and beginning of the ride from “Monte Livata” to “Le Vedute” through “Campo dell’Osso” : you ride through a picturesque mountain scenic road in the heart of beech- forests and meadows full of flowers. Break : tasting of local pastries. Packed- lunch in panoramic place (h.13.00). The ride goes on : from “Acero Secolare” to “Scifi” source through “Falco” caves. Return to the hotel , dinner and overnight stay.

Break : tasting of local pastries Lunch in a typical restaurant. The ride goes on. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay. SUNDAY 

Breakfast, documentation about the ride is discussed. Meeting: trainer –guide and participants; start of the ride from Subiaco” to “ Mola Vecchia” through “Le Prata”. You ride along woods at the feet of the Grand Mountains Simbruini. Return to the hotel. Lunch. End of the service.

The rates are valid for a minimum of 6 persons for each programme  and include: Theme programme 4 days/3 nights (Thursday to Sunday) as per each single programme: • Accommodation in double rooms in the Hotel; • Breakfast in the hotel. • Lunch on Friday and Saturday in a typical local restaurant, or picnic or in a hotel as per each single programme (drinks included). • Dinner on Friday and Saturday in the hotel (drinks included). • Farewell buffet on Sunday (drinks included). • Guide — instructor, excluding Weekend in love. • Training and informative material. • Special equipment for canoeing: lifejacket, helmet, waterproof jacket, canoe and paddle. • Minibus and guided excursions as per each single programme. • Cake and wine tasting as per each single programme. 

The following are not included: • Dinner on Thursday evening. Mountain bike hire. Fishing tackle. Tips or any other extras. Anything not listed in "included in the rate". 

 Single room supplements euro 23,00 in period A, euro 30,00 in period B, euro 38,00 in period C. 

 Discount: 10% for the 3rd and 4th bed.
