FRIDAY
Breakfast, documentation
about excursion is given out. Meeting: trainer-guide and participants, evaluation of the group and beginning of the excursion from “Subiaco” to “Lucidi” bridge: up hill and down dale as far as the torrent “Fosso del Bagno”.
Lunch in a typical restaurant (h.13.00). The excursion goes on; return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
SATURDAY
Breakfast, documentation.
Meeting: trainer- guide and partipants, beginning of the excursion: from “Subiaco” to “Prata” through“Comunacque”: after a little stretch of road you reach the ancient ruins of a Roman house(40B.C.) to go on riding along the river “Aniene” as well as along one of its most important affluent “Simbrivio”.
Break in a typical place to taste local pastries. Lunch in a typical restaurant (h.13.00). The excursion goes on.
Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
SUNDAY
Breakfast, documentation. Meeting: trainer- guide and participants and beginning of the excursion from “Subiaco” to “Arco Caves” : Down through the dale as far as “La Cona”, then you ride along the banks of a torrent as far as the “Arco Caves”.Return to the hotel, lunch. End of the service.
